The Best Weight Loss Program Ever
If you are reading this, chances are you have tried losing weight in the past and failed or you are trying to lose weight now. I’m going to let you in on a secret. I’m going to tell you about the absolute best diet in the world, and if followed there is no way that you will fail.
I used to be overweight myself. I was fat, lazy, unmotivated, and unhappy with my appearance. When I would get down, I would eat, just like a lot of people do. They look for solutions to their problems in food, when all it is doing is compounding their problems.
I decided that enough was enough. I was tired of being fat. I was tired of being lazy. I was tired of not reaching my potential. I was tired of not working hard, and of holding back. After all, what type of life do we have if we constantly live in our comfort zone, and never reach for the stars? I’ll tell you, a sucky life. You aren’t going to succeed at anything if you stay ‘comfortable’.
When I decided to finally do it, I invested in an online personal trainer. I didn’t have to, I probably could have done it on my own, but I wanted to have some ‘skin in the game’. I wanted to have extra money invested in this, that way if I backed out, not only would I be a lazy bum, but I would be out my money that I paid.
I succeeded because I didn’t miss a workout. I succeeded because I hit my caloric goals and macronutrient goals day in and day out. I succeeded because I didn’t slack off. I succeeded because I was 100% committed and nothing was going to stop me.
You see, the best diet, the best workout, the best weight loss program is the one that you follow with consistency. You can have a weight loss plan that literally burns fat as you sleep, but if you don’t use it, then you won’t get results.
My programs and teaching work. That’s it. They aren’t rocket science. They aren’t ‘cutting edge’. They don’t promise to shrink your mid-section by next Monday. If anybody ever tells you they have a secret to fat loss, a secret to gaining muscle, run far, far away. There are no shortcuts, only hard work and determination.
