You can’t eat past 6pm and lose weight. BULL.
You see I get tired of people spreading garbage that they have no idea about. Is a 200 calorie candybar going to make you fat? No it isn’t. Does that chocolate in it have some magical chemical that will immediately and magically create fat tissue? Nope, sure doesn’t. Then why do trainers and fitness professionals tell people to stop eating the foods they love when they are trying to lose weight? Great question!!! It’s ridiculous.
No eating after 6pm. Whatever, when I got down to 7% bodyfat for my bodybuilding contest I ate after 6pm all the time, heck I ate after 10pm frequently. Carbs even oh no!!!!
